Ingredients for the Pancakes:
      •     500 ml kefir
      •     2 eggs
      •     2 tbsp sugar
      •     1 tsp salt
      •     1 tsp baking soda
      •     300-350g flour
      •     Vegetable oil for frying
Preparation:
- In a large bowl, mix kefir and eggs.
 - Add sugar, salt, and baking soda, and mix well.
 - Gradually add the flour and stir the batter thoroughly until smooth and lump-free. The batter should be thick.
 - Heat a frying pan with vegetable oil over medium heat.
 - Use a large spoon to scoop the batter into the pan, forming small pancakes. You can fit several pancakes in the pan at once.
 - Fry the pancakes on both sides until golden brown.
 - Serve hot. They pair well with sour cream, jam, or honey. Enjoy your meal!☺️
