– 1 kg flour
– 500 g butter
– 1 teaspoon of salt
– A little water

– 4 eggs
– 200 g cream
– approx. 120 g bacon

Preparation:
Mix the ingredients for the dough and pour into a round springform pan. Mix the ingredients for the filling and pour into the dough. Bake in the preheated oven at 210 C° for 30 min – check regularly so that nothing burns. Done!
